Clearing Macaulay's name

Of late Facebook has become a breeding ground for propaganda. Not that I'm sitting here to condone all that the British have done. I'm sure they came to India to serve their own purpose but at the end fo the day a lie is a lie, even if it's about the British. A post has been rampantly circulating about Lord Macaulay's letter to the British Parliament. The Indian Right Wing has used it prolifically to spread propaganda to rouse National sentiments. It's alright to be Nationalists but at the end of the day, a lie is a lie.
